3D-Beschleunigung Aktivieren

Hey,

das ist mittlerweile bestimmt schon das 3te mal das ich deswegen poste bzw ein Thread erstelle :)

Und zwar, hab ich mich schon öfters mit meinem Notebook bzw Linux "geprügelt" um DRI aktiviert zu bekommen - vergeblich.

Und zwar würd ich gern dazu ausgefragt werden was ich falsch gemacht haben könnte oder was fehlt usw...

Den ich hab schon all möglichen Wikis gelesen. Den wiki über intel 945gma (den ich habe) auf der opensuse page, auf der gentoo page, auf der ubuntu page (da steht aber nur wegen auflösung) usw...

Momentan hab ich den VESA treiber aktiviert. Damit ich wenigstens passabel arbeiten kann. Den mit "aktiviertem" DRI "harken" die fenster beim verschieben, oder im Browser ist beim scrollen alles verschmiert usw.

Kann mir einer helfen bei diesem hartnäckigen problem es endlich zu lösen?

Vesa kann kein DRI!
Dein Post ist außerdem völlig nutzlos, ohne uns wenigstens die xorg.conf zu zeigen.

Achja, libgl bzw opengl/mesa ist auch installiert, aber zattoo meldet mir z.b jedesmal bei start das ich kein opengl habe oder nicht konfiguriert oder oder oder...

Das X bullshit redet :D

Den unter Ubuntu und opensuse, sogar unter debian, hab ich, bzw hatte ich DRI mit der selben konfiguration. Deswegen hab ich ja ein Thread eröffnet, bzw schon den 3ten, weil ich einfach nicht DRI aktiviert bekomme unter Arch.

Ich HATTE vesa laufen weil MIT intel treiber ja auch kein DRI habe. Aber MIT den INTEL treiber krieg ich ja kein DRI. Deswegen hatte ich VESA laufen. Aber seit dem ich den Thread erstellt habe läuft der INTEL treiber...nur halt OHNE DRI...
 
Hallo. ich habe vor kurzem wieder SuSe10.3 installiert. Ich hatte vor 4 Jahren SuSe 9.3 gehabt. Jetzt will ich 3D aktivieren mit meiner NVidia Karte: 6800LE von Leadtek. Es ist eine 8x AGP. Ich habe soweit den Treiber installieren können. Hat auch gut geklappt. Jedoch bekomme ich die Meldung: 3D kann nicht aktiviert werden, da diese Grafikkarte kein 3D unterstützt. :think: Ich habe den neuesten Treiber von Nvidia geladen. Die Kernelsources installiert und alles nach Anleitungt installiert.
Ich bekomme das einfach nicht hin und ich würde gerne den 3D Desktop nutzen :(
Damals unter SuSe 9.0 und 9.3 hatte ich noch eine Nvidia 4200 oder so und da hat es wunderbar funktioiniert mit der 3D-Beschleunigung. Ich koinnte das damals problemlos installieren. Ist aber auch schon 4 Jahre her, sodaß ich fast alles wieder vergessen habe.

Hat da jemand vielleicht eine Idee?

Ich habe auch in der Xorg.conf (heisst die glaube ich) nachgeschaut und da steht auch nvidia als Treiber und nicht nv. So wie es sein sollte.

Ich hoffe jemand hat da ein paar Tips.

Oh sorry, ich hatte die Suchoption benutzt und hatte nur die 3D Aktivierung im Sinn. Ich schreibne das mal in nen anderen Thread oder öffne nen neuen.
