mein Router sagt mir übrigens das mein Linux-PC aktuell mit ihm verbunden ist.
Aber ich kann meinen Router nichtmal anpingen. connect: Network is unreachable.

Hast Du im mometanen Status alle updates eingespielt? Du hast doch völlig neu aufgesetzt, deshalb die Frage. Nicht, dass noch neue rttreiber als updates dazugekommen sind. Die firmware wird schon kopiert sein, da Du ja verbunden bist. Und poste bitte mal die geänderten Dateien, um diese gegenzuchecken auf Tippfehler.

Ich habe das System neu aufgesetzt und dann die Firmware von Rain-Maker eingespielt. sonst nichts.
Welche Dateien bzw. Ausgaben brauchst Du denn jetzt?

Wo ist die geänderte Datei? poste die bitte um Fehler auszuschliessen. Momentan erscheint mir das so, dass Du eine Verbindung hast, aber bei den servern was nicht stimmt. Also dns-server und so. Aber ich habe grad nicht die richtigen Befehle parat um das zu checken. Muß ich erst für nach hause. Geht ping router-ip?

Brauchst Du die gesamte Datei oder nur den Abschnitt der geändert wurde.

Den Router kann ich übrigens nicht anpingen.

So. Ich hab jetzt im Yast auf rt73usb umgestellt und eine feste IP eingegeben.
Anschließend habe ich noch den DNS-Server eingegeben und siehe da:
