OpenOffice Sprache umstellen

Hallo,
kann mir jemand sagen, wie man die Sprache von OpenOffice auf deutsch umstellen kann? Ich habe in den options unter language deutsch eingestellt, aber es ist immernoch englisch??
wo muss ich wie was umstellen??

Das wäre der Source in Deutsch (also nich der Source, aber das endprodukt *g).

Wenn du allerdings sagst das du das selbst nicht herruntergeladen hast, wäre es schon von Vorteil welche Distribution du hast. Dann könnte man dir eher sagen was man anders machen kann (oder wie man die Sprache umstellen kann).

Da sollte evtl eine Deutsch Ausgabe bei sein. Ansonsten kannst du den oben genannten Link herrunterladen und selbst kompilieren.

Du musst nur das deutsche Sprachpacket runterladen. Mach "apt-cache search open office german" und installiere das aufgeführte packet.

Aber mit apt-get solltest du auch selbst umgehen können . Les dir hierzu mal die Debian Dokumentation durch.

Nachdem der Befehl durch is, sollte es funktionieren.

Gut. Siehst du? War doch gar nicht so schwer.

Aber du musst dich dennnoch in Linux einlesen. Wie gesagt, nehm dir mal die Doku zu APT vor. Das ist das Programm was du wahrscheinlich am meisten unter Debian benötigen wirst. Also Systemprogramm *g*...

Ich hab das gemacht:

sudo apt-get install openoffice.org-l10n-de

Dann gehen Sie auf Tools -> Options -> language settings -> languages -> User interface -> German (German)

Dann müßte es funktionieren

Ich hatte das selbe Problem: nach System-Update (ubuntu) gab es nur noch die englische Version von openOffice. Mit der Installation des o.g. Pakets war das Problem dann behoben. Aber etwas merkwürdiges ist mir zusätzlich aufgefallen: Bei manchen Dialogen werde einige Bottons nur unkenntlich dargestellt, Ähnliches habe ich auch bei Acrobat Reader bemerkt. Ich hänge beispielhaft ein Bildschirmfoto an...

Und noch etwas: Welches Paket muss ich installieren, um die Formatvorlagen (Vorlagenassistent oder wie sich das auch immer nennt) nutzen zu können?

Ein Problem habe ich lösen können: durch Installation des Paketes openoffice.org und der dafür erforderlichen Pakete steht nun wieder der Assistent zum Erstellen von Briefen etc. zur Verfügung. Die komisch deformierten Schaltflächen sehe ich weiterhin. Könnte es etwas mit Java zu tun haben? Benutzt Acrobat Java???
