Ich nutze Debian 3.1 mit gnome. Starte ich jetzt als normaler Nutzer ein Terminal bekomme ich nur ein Terminal mit unleserlicher Schriftart (s. Bildschirmfoto 1). Starte ich als root ein Terminal sieht es normal aus (s. Bildschirmfoto 2). Bei beiden Nutzern verwende ich als bevorzugte Anwendung ein StandardXTerminal.
Ich hänge auch einfach mal mein beiden .bashrcs an, falls es hilft.
