Kannst du auf NTFS schreiben?
Hast du versucht, dass mit Root-Rechten zu löschen?

Offenbar nicht. Oder Die Datei heißt anders oder ist nicht vorhanden oder der Pfad stimmt nicht oder was weiß ich. Die Fehlermeldung ist doch relativ eindeutig.

Also für mich sieht das ziemlich verfügbar aus ...

Aber wenn was mit dem Netzwerk nicht stimmt, warum kann ich dann andere Dateien
schreiben, löschen, abbrechen und löschen ?

Mal versucht die Datei auf dem Server direkt zu löschen und nicht von einem Clienten?

Versucht die Datei mit der Konsole zu entfernen?

Oder den Server mal mit ner LiveCD (Knoppix etc) gestartet und versucht die datei zu killen?
 
del Dateiname ... : Kein Erfolg (Zugriff wurde verweigert)

Teste das mal ...
